To submit your reservation request, please verify property availability using the panel you find on your left-bottom. Choose your room type, additional extras if available, and complete the form, including your credit card details. Before confirming your reservation request please read the cancellation policy carefully
INSTANT BOOKINGS
You will receive an automatic confirmation message. You will not receive any further confirmation from the hotel, since this confirmation message is definite.
BOOKINGS ON REQUEST
You will receive an email informing you that the property has received your request. The property will then respond via email within 24-48 hours either confirming or cancelling your request. In order to receive confirmation via email make sure that the address you enter when sending your booking request is correct.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS
Your credit card details are necessary in order to guarantee bookings and no charges will be made unless in case of late cancellation or no show. Credit card information is sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.
CANCELLATIONS
Please be informed that all bookings need to be cancelled within the valid cancellation timeframe in order to avoid penalties. In order to cancel your booking request please contact directly the property at the address shown in your confirmation voucher. After the cancellation deadline has expired, the property can charge your credit card with the penalty amount specified in the booking process.
SECURITY
All information is sent via Secure Server, ensuring that your personal details can only be viewed by yourself and the recipient (ie. the hotel).
